What do you think is the future of AI?

Hola galeras,
We haven’t done one of these in a really really long time. First, let me explain that. I am a classically trained artist that trained our master artist. I trained for decades and I’ve been a professional painter full-time for the last 20 years. At least so I think of AI, I think of anger, because the idea of someone taking all that hard work, and then scanning into a computer, and then ripping off my artwork, or my friends artwork or people I respect artwork, and then claiming it as their own to be despicable. I think the problem that I’ve ran across with people who are pro AI is that they don’t see it from the perspective of how an ethical it is. I just feel like in any other situation. You wouldn’t be arguing to play dry someone else’s work.
Now beyond that on a peely personal feeling it feels like people are just trying to kind of skate around the idea of slavery but without people. It’s that whole concept of like it gets too smart and then they have to turn it off because they don’t want it to become its own thing and that’s mean it’s just strange. The genuine fear of this growing into actual intelligent. So you’re trying to make it. Intelligent just feels so evil. We’ve just read all these dystopian books about stuff like this, do robots, dream of electric sheep, etc. and all of it always goes like humanity sucks. And then it makes some thing and then it mimics humidity. And it sucks. So like we should stop doing this. There’s so many people who are so bad at being parents. Why would you make a super computer You’re gonna be bad at that too. Probably.
Stopping stealing artist artwork.
Painter out,
