Been a long week. Not bad but not busy enough. I feel tired but so many plans to do.

Hola Galeras,
A good ink wash is unpredictable but not unpleasant. You have to be willing to wait and see as it dries. It sometimes looks like a lot but isn’t much at all.
How ink washes dry can go a few ways. Super dark, almost invisible and just right. It’s all controlled by layering. You gotta just go for it.
The edges are often a good marker for how the rest will come out when it dries.
Layers…
Figure out if you’re heavy handed like me. It comes with practice.
Some might call this trouble

I made a few videos .
So I am finishing this book. It’s my third sketchbook in a year. Feels nice to play with ideas that don’t have to be a big thing.
One page left.
I found my peace in the middle of the night. Deep makings in the sleeping world. My peace made of quiet.

I’ve had a hard time in the last few years sharing my paintings online. I do it with my Patrons but I don’t feel like I owe it to the internet anymore. I love showing people in real life. Gotta do more shows.
