Finished
I feel like I’m at a conclusion to this painting. It’s not the sexy way to say it but I just feel done. It doesn’t feel inevitable but done.✅
Sometimes finishing a painting is hard because I can’t see how it ends. I almost always see how it ends before it starts. Sometimes you are a pebble in the ocean, moving and dancing underneath the sea. The next end is a rolling beginning.

Worked on some book club readings
It has been a wild week but I got my car back. So that is great. My last rain ride of the week gave me a present of an empty car.
I think even with the car I might take the train a few days a week. Just feels good.

How goes it? I’m running around grabbing art back from shows. It’s always a weird feeling because every show I do people ask “where else can I find your work?” In a room or hall full of my art. I normally give my website. I don’t think that’s what people want so I tell them where to find my murals. Beautiful madness.

I feel this needed to be said. I’m putting the breakfast show on hold for a bit. My Mondays have been all over the place. Soon it will calm down and I’ll be back at it. I’m working on a new painting always.

This week is tough. I’m working out the sick. Jenna told me today I sound like a “phone sex operator “. I assume we all have the same voice in our heads about that, maybe?
Either way the show is Sunday. I’m going to do great. Lots of new art the sell and a lot of old art to move. Wish me luck.
