I always see these cool little projects people do and so I found bits and made stuff.
I found an old tin and made a travel art pan. It’s a crafty day.

So my online store has so much stuff in it now. I had a hard time filling it this year because I want it to be full of my work and not fan art even though I know fan art sells. I feel I am great enough of a painter that I can just sell my own work but sometimes when I am tight for cash I sell fan art. So I will do both.

Panic attack on The Moon
I keep getting over being older and yet my demons stay the same age.
Some times you just have to make.
I love making art that feels like an Indy band. Â I have been getting better again about just making and not sharing. It is just for me and sometimes my Patreon secret tumblr page. It just feels good to make and not worry about likes or comments or anything. I is my love letter to myself.
It’s hard to be fearless.
It would be easy to just make what people already want. That’s what heroes do. I’m no hero. I am the quil and the brush. The ocean of noise on a cold press page. Tiny little mountains that sook up painty water.
No more stopping. My path is only forward now.

May the 4th
I played around with mu inks on May the 4th. Â So I made all this Star Wars art. I don’t normally make other people’s creative works but it felt special after the last two Star Wars movies. I felt connectde again as I did as a child.

So much of all these paintings are coming out what feels like moments before my shows next week. I never knew the pressure would push so much work out of me. I can’t imagine all of it can end up at these shows. I don’t have this many frames in my life and t be honest I don’t think I want them after the show. I hope every one comes.
