I felt this could be a good way to do the radio show without radio.

It reminds me of siting on a hardwood floor as a kiddo listening to the records and radio play. I would try to color in The Phantom comic strips in the paper with melting crayons because in South America it’s always hot and moist. I would try to make purple by rolling the broken blues and the chips of red. Never really worked because you need space to mix bigger then the customer character in a panel. The learning curve is and was stiff. 😊

It’s funny when I think of my trips to see my family I remember food and music more than even faces. Also I remember the white sand and drift wood on the beaches.

Music just feels like life.

Sometimes music just feels smooth.

And others perfect and warm.

We saw Dune 2 and I loved it. To be fair I loved the books as a kid. It was a fun world to fall into. I remember loving the later books the most.

In a lot of ways the new one works for me because of Zendaya. I like that this movie series has so many brown people playing brown people. The originals were mostly all white casts. It’s hard being told stories of the future and no one who looks like you exists. You just feel more connected when you can relate to the characters at first sight. Plus I always enjoyed the story.

Alec’s birthday was nice. We ate Korean food with our family. There is the restaurant called Urban Hotpot we like a lot.

I’m drinking large amount of green tea to keep my blood sugar lowered. It’s nice to have a flavor to my water these days. I gave up so much last year when I found out about my diabetes. It’s coming a long better. Green tea 🍵 could be my new hobby. I like that they make it in some many ways.

I used to get comments on my YouTube channel about how “good my channel is and should have more eyes on it.” It never really happened until year 11 on the channel. I always hope people will discover those old videos. The paintings are a big part of the journey.

Sometimes I study my old works. I just really honestly want to never lose this feeling.

I have so much to do with this one.

Someone asked me what I was “afraid of “ once and after a decade of contemplating I can say “losing my memory”. It has things it that are just for me; the powerful stuff, the silly and the sad. Each pull me up from my grave and pull me to painting all night long.

I really hope for a ceasefire soon by the by.
